For Employees

  • If directed by Nurse Triage for home care, please follow the nurse's instructions. If you're given home care, but you don't feel better, call the Nurse Triage back.
  • If directed to a clinic, proceed to a Tucson Unified-contracted clinic. If possible, call ahead to minimize wait time.
  • When returning to work, be sure to give your supervisor your Return to Work Status.
  • Keep all appointments with your health care providers. If you can't make it to an appointment, call promptly to reschedule.
  • Respond to all correspondence sent to you by The Alliance. Read it carefully! It contains valuable information.
  • If you are placed off work by your physician, see your office manager or call the Workers' Compensation Office to fill out paperwork for Family Medical Leave (FMLA).
  • If you have to have surgery for your injury, see your office manager or call the Workers' Compensation Office to fill out paperwork for Family Medical Leave (FMLA).
