The Tucson Unified School District is happy to announce that 27 of our schools achieved significant improvement during the 2017-2018 school year, raising their school grade from the Arizona Department of Education. Over half of our high schools are now A or B schools.

TUSD Accountability Notification:
In October 2018, the Arizona Dept. of Ed. released letter grades for SY 2017-18. Tucson Unified is proud to share that 38% of our schools earned an A or B grade, including five of ten high schools. Over 20% of our schools increased their grade from SY 2016-17, resulting in eight “As”; 23 “Bs”; 29 “Cs”; 18 “Ds”; and four “Fs”.
