  • Free Fitness Classes
    Check out the 2018 Fitness Class Schedule! All classes are FREE and available to all employees! Classes start Tuesday, September 4th. There is no need to sign up for classes; just show up at the designated time and place, ready for a workout! All certified fitness instructors work for the Wellness Council of Arizona and they will provide a great workout with modifications as needed. All fitness experience levels are welcome to join.

    All scheduled fitness classes are by employee request. If you would like one at your location please reach out to your health coach or email TusdWellnessCoaches@tusd1.org, and we can help you request one.
