Herman House, TUSD's Director of Interscholastics, earns Certified Athletics Administrator title

The National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) has recognized Herman House, TUSD's Director of Interscholastics, as a Certified Athletics Administrator (CAA).

To earn this distinction, candidates must demonstrate the highest level of knowledge and expertise in the field of interscholastic athletic administration. The process includes thorough evaluation of the candidate's educational background, experience and professional contributions, as well as a comprehensive written examination.

The CAA program is administered by the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA), an NCA-CASI accredited organization. The program identifies athletic directors nationally who demonstrate a certifiable level of both experience and expertise in the field of athletic administration.

"As the Director of Certification, I am proud of those who take the initiative to grow in their field and strive to build effective and efficient programs," writes Sheri Stice, Certification Program Director for NIAAA. "Herman has joined an elite group of interscholastic athletic directors nationwide to attain this level of professionalism."
