IMPORTANT: All benefit-eligible employees are required to enroll or re-enroll during the open enrollment window! You must also enter your Life Insurance beneficiary information.

If you want the district's medical, dental, vision or critical illness benefits, you must elect these benefits during Open Enrollment. There is no automatic carryover of these benefits this year. However, Supplemental Life and Short Term Disability benefits will carryover.

You will also be required to enter your Life Insurance beneficiary. You will need the beneficiary's date of birth.

New United Healthcare medical ID cards will be mailed to you, so be sure your address is up-to-date before enrollment closes.

This year, benefits enrollment is done through iVisions, our new ERP system. To get set up, visit the iVisions Web Portal and follow the five steps on the left side of the screen.
