Assets Management

Our Purpose:
Asset Management is committed to supporting and enhancing the vision and mission of the Tucson Unified School District. This is achieved through the ongoing development of PeopleSoft Functions and the management of capital assets.

Our operation is to provide information and promote in-services, workshops and guidelines on the receiving and tagging of assets. This also includes monitoring annual, mandatory physical inventories. This is accomplished by maintaining communication with all departments of TUSD.
