Goal: To improve the organizational project management maturity and create a framework for consistent project success that enables District organizations the ability to effectively deliver quality products within estimates and expectations. Objectives. Establish and maintain performance standards and measures to ensure project consistency and success. Provide services and oversight for selected projects.
