Arizona Tax Credit - More Details
Tax time can be a little confusing for everyone! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to help students with your tax credit contributions. On this page you'll find a few resources to help you through the process.
- To declare your contribution on your Arizona State taxes, use form 322. The form for the current year should be available in January of the year taxes are due.

This program is most beneficial for participants with a high tax liability to the State. You can still participate even if you have no liability this year, but you won't be "reimbursed" until you do have an tax liability. If you don't have an AZ State tax liability, but you do have a Federal liability, you can treat your contribution as a charitable donation--this is a deduction, not a tax credit. Consult your tax professional if you have questions!
