BOARD POLICY 1130
The Board recognizes that respect for school employees and enforcement
of rules and regulations must prevail if the maximum educational benefits
are to be derived by pupils. School employees and students must not be
subjected to threats, insults, or abuse by patrons of the schools, other
persons, or students.
