PUBLIC DOCUMENTS
BOARD POLICY 1150
Persons may have access to District documents which are public records.
Requests to examine public records or to be furnished copies of public
records will be accepted by the District and will be processed within a
reasonable time.
Access to documents shall be granted unless clear prohibitions exist in
statutes, Attorney General Opinions, Court decisions, or other legally
binding decisions.
A uniform process to request public records shall be established.
