GIFTS TO THE DISTRICT
BOARD POLICY 1230
As a publicly-supported institution, the school system may accept
gifts, grants, donations, devises, and title of property. The acceptance
of title of real property requires action by the Board.
No real property will be accepted that carries any restrictions which
could prohibit a future Board from deriving the maximum utilization of the
property.
