CITY ORDINANCE REGARDING VENDORS

BOARD POLICY 1430

Ordinance No. 810, The Code of the City of Tucson, Arizona, 1953 Chapter 25, Section 50, reads as follows:

"It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, solicit or receive an order for, to keep or expose for sale, to deliver for value, to peddle, to keep with intent to sell, or to traffic in, any goods, wares or merchandise whatsoever on any public street or alley of the city within three hundred feet of a public or parochial school between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, except during legal holidays or school holidays when such holidays fall on those days."
