ACTION ITEMS HIGHLIGHTS

  • Approved revision of the FY 1998-99 TUSD budget
  • Adopted hearing officers' recommendations regarding the expulsion of three students
  • Approved the administrative appointments, transfers or reassignments of: Barbara Wayne, principal, Palo Verde High Magnet School; Judith Carlsten, principal, Tully Elementary Accelerated Magnet School; Helen Grijalva, principal, Richey Elementary School; Maria Figueroa, principal, Tolson Elementary School
  • Approved contracts for members of the TEA Bargaining Unit for the 1999-2000 school year
  • Approved contracts for certified and classified administrators for the 1999-2000 school year
  • Approved the non-renewal of contract for classified administrator
  • Approved the appointment of a hearing officer to conduct teacher dismissal hearing pursuant to A.R.S. §15-541
