Tech Survey Results due
April 20
TUSD employees, as well as Tucson community members, have until
Friday, April 20, to complete a brief technology survey that will
be used to develop a long-range district technology plan.
The survey takes only five minutes to complete on line using this
link: https://tusdstats.tusd.k12.az/paweb/utility/Survey/Surv_NPC.aspx
.
Users will answer questions about technology they use, technology
that would improve their effectiveness, things that work in technology
and the obstacles that occur when they use technology in their jobs.
One part of the survey is for parents and community members and
the other part is for TUSD staff. About 6,000 staff members were
asked in a March 26 e-mail to take the survey.
The infrastructure plan would cover at least the next five years,
said Lorrane McPherson, the director of grants
management and resource development. Survey answers will help TUSD
officials estimate the infrastructure that would be necessary to
support education technology.
