Focus on TUSD - May 2007

Employees Who Resign, Retire or Transfer Must Turn in Keys
Here's the key to having a good summer - return your keys to Key Control to help insure the security and safety of TUSD sites. Employees who resign, retire or transfer and will not return to their assigned site next year are required to return their keys to Key Control, said Pamela McFadyen, an asset management technical analyst with the Engineering, Facilities and Planning Department.

Key Control hours are 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for Friday, May 25, when the office closes at 3:30 p.m. The office will open on Tuesday, May 29, after the Memorial Day holiday.

Two employees will help with the key return process from Tuesday, May 29, through Friday, June 8. Key Control will be open during the summer. However, McFadyen said staff keys should be returned by Friday, July 13, to prevent a delay in issuing keys to new staff members.

For more information, contact McFadyen at 225-4990.
