Donna Nordin, acclaimed chef-owner of Café Terra Cotta, will share her secrets of culinary confections with students at Catalina High Magnet School, 3645 E. Pima, from 8:30-10:45 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8.

Nordin, known especially for her concoctions made with chiles and chocolate, will demonstrate how to prepare chocolate truffles for students in Catalina’s FEAST (Food Education and Service Training) classes.

Once they have learned from the master, students then will make their own truffles for sale as a food club fund-raising activity.
