LeBorgne will conduct a hands-on cooking demonstration of French crepes, educating students on both basic cooking instruction and lessons he has learned from years of restaurant management. He is one of only 150 French master chefs worldwide. He trained in France and spent 12 years as executive chef at Yale University before founding the New England Culinary Institute in 1980.

TUSD offers a culinary arts program at Catalina, Sahuaro and Santa Rita. Students have the opportunity to earn both experience and Pima Community College credit through these courses.
