Cecelia Valenzuela Gee, a fifth-grade teacher at Davis Bilingual Magnet School, 500 W. St. Mary’s Road, has been named to USA Today’s All-USA Teacher Team. She is among 40 individuals named to the All-USA Teacher Second Team and will receive a certificate of achivement.

USA Today honors outstanding students and teachers with All-USA Academic and Teacher Teams four times a year. The All-USA Teacher Team is open to active, full-time, certified teachers and instructional teams teaching kindergarten through 12^th grade at a public or private school in the United States or its territories, or Department of Defense schools overseas.

Davis Bilingual is an elementary-level magnet school that works to help students realize their academic, social and personal best in an atmosphere of caring, support and mutual respect.
