We hope everyone had a wonderful rodeo break!
For Grades K-8 - A limit of 2 meals (all menu options) will be charged to the meal account, after that the student will receive an alternate meal charged to the meal account.
2019-2020 meal prices: K-8 reduced price breakfast $0.25, reduced price lunch $0.40
K-5 breakfast $1.25, lunch $2.30
6-8 breakfast $1.50, lunch $2.80
Alternate Meal at Breakfast: bagel, fruit and milk
Alternate Meal at Lunch: grilled cheese sandwich, fruit, vegetable, and milk
For High School– If funds are not available at meal time, an alternate option will be offered and charged to the meal account.
Alternate option for both Breakfast and Lunch: cheese stick and fruit ($0.50)
TUSD will continue to notify families of unpaid balances through email, phone calls and letters.
If you believe that your family is eligible for free or reduced meals please complete the online meal benefit application at: https://mealapp.tusd1.org/ or call the Food Services Department at 520-225-4700 to complete the application over the phone.

Senior Parents
Graduation cap and gown orders will be distributed at lunch on February 17th. Any graduating seniors who have not ordered their cap and gown need to speak to the cap and gown reps on the 17th during lunch to make sure all orders are complete. Students can stop by the finance office before February 17th to get more details.
Online Class Deadlines
Seniors: Online classes MUST be complete by May 18th.
All Other Students: Online classes MUST be complete by May 21st.

With cold and flu season in full swing, our PTA is asking for families to donate tissues and hand sanitizer to distribute to teachers in their classrooms. A donation box will be placed in the Rincon main office to collect any donations. Thank you, in advance, for any donations you can make.

College and Career Guidance
The remaining balance for the AP exams is due on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 (unless the student previously paid in full). Many students paid their deposit of $25.00 on November 1st, but now they must pay their remaining balance of $69.00 to the Finance Office. This can be paid in person OR online through their student’s school finance account at https://az-tucson.intouchreceipting.com/ Username: Student ID Number, Password: Student Last Name – case sensitive. This is only for students who did not qualify for a fee waiver. If you or your students have any questions, please see Mrs. Bacal.
Pima County JTED’s application is open for next school year. If you’re looking to get an early start on college or a career, or just looking for a class that offers hands-on fun, take a look at the JTED programs at www.pimajted.org JTED offers real, relevant, get-your-hands-dirty so you can get a job in Career and Technical Education programs. If you have any questions about JTED see Mrs. Bacal, or go to their website for information on the programs, days, times and locations. The programs are first come, first serve so sign up early, before the program you want is full.

-Hey Rincon and UHS, Go Western Day is coming up on Feb 19th before Rodeo Break. Dress in your best cowboy boots and jeans. Participate in the Rincon contest at lunch to win a prize.
-Society of Hispanic/Human Professional Engineers, please drop off your permission slip ASAP in LL05A! If you do not have it, please make sure to contact your officers and let them know you are still attending our field trip! You can turn in the permission slip on Monday to any of the officers. =
-Fuel up to Play 60 will be hosting a Play Day on February 18th during 1st lunch in the North gym. Bring your lunch and come play some activities!!
-The library is available for academic purposes after school. If you are there to hangout and socialize, you will be asked to leave.
