Laura Nobles Banks Elementary School
opened Thanksgiving week.
School renovations, including air conditioning,
have been completed at many schools thanks to Students
FIRST.
Seven StAAR schools were identified
as "maintaining", rather than "underperforming",
under Arizona LEARNS.
University High School was named as
an "excelling school" under Arizona
LEARNS.
Successful district-community partnerships,
such as School Community Partnership Council, LINKS grant,
OMA Project, 4th R, and the Blue Ribbon Council, continued.
Numerous student, staff, and district awards
