Area - the number of square units that fill a geometric figure

Square - A regular quadrilateral

Rectangle - A parallelogram with all right angles

Triangle - A three-sided polygon

Parallelogram - A quadrilateral with opposite sides parallel

Height - distance from the base of a figure to its highest point

Base - a side of a polygon that is perpendicular to its height

Perimeter or Circumference – the distance or length of all sides around a geometric figure.
