What stories can we share to show who we are as citizens?

We will create a special story about being good citizens. We will talk about why rules are important and how they help us be kind and fair to each other. Together, we will share our ideas on how to respect our friends and celebrate our differences. We will also think about how we can help our school community by making good choices and using our helping hands. 

Our next stories are about our favorite holidays and traditions! We will share the special things that make our families unique and learn how others celebrate too. Together, we will look at the symbols that remind us of these special times and talk about the fun ways we celebrate. As we gather our ideas, we will show how our different stories make our community colorful and bright. 

Next, we will talk about our everyday adventures with the weather! We will talk about different types of weather and how it changes what we do each day. Together, we will share our favorite weather experiences and how it makes us feel. As we gather our ideas, we will discover how weather helps us play, dress, and live in our community. 

Finally, we will talk about needs and wants. We will talk about the things we really need to live and be happy, like food and friends, and the things we want that make us smile, like toys and games. Together, we will share our ideas about making choices and how we can decide what is important for us.
