Adoption Materials Review for Secondary Math

The district has sought proposals for a comprehensive high school mathematics curriculum adoption aligned to Arizona Mathematics Standards. With Core focus in Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and a fourth-year math option of Financial Math and College Algebra. Our goal is to provide rigorous, standard-aligned materials that support a teacher-facilitated, student-centered instructional model fostering problem-solving and real-world application.

The Department of Curriculum & Professional Development would like to invite you to review them in person from: November 24, 2025, through February 3, 2025.

When available, adoption information will be available on curriculum materials review and will be displayed at Howenstine Professional Learning Center.
Participate in the committee
- Attend public meetings
- Become a member of the committee

Committee Roles

Participation in the Adoption Committee is voluntary, and members are not paid for their time participating in the committee.

Committee Volunteer Form

There are two types of committee members, Scoring Members and Resource Members. Both members will review all submitted responses to the RFP. Both committees will score all responses using the rubric and criteria set forth in the adoption. Although the committee meetings are open to all (even the public), the only members allowed to participate, and vote are those on the Scoring Committee.

Important: Members of the Scoring Committee MUST attend all committee meetings and vendor presentations.
