To register a student new to the district, you will need the following documents.

Proof of Address Documents

Documents for Student(s)

Copy of original Birth Certificate, or other birth verification
Please note: you may be asked to bring in the original
Current Immunization Record
If applicable, latest Individualized Education Program (IEP)
Please note: Submit to your school's office (not uploaded).
