During the recent Tucson Unified School District board meeting, Mariachi Aztlan from Pueblo High School delivered a wonderful performance, showcasing the district's commitment to arts education.
Tonight’s meeting also served as a platform to honor and celebrate School Safety Officer Sam Martin with the Superintendents Service Award.
Also honored were the dedicated community members whose efforts played a large role in making Impact Tucson the successful event it was.
Additionally, the meeting saw the appointment of Lacey Grijalva as the new Director of Family and Community Engagement, and Tracey Rowley as the new Senior Director of Instructional Technology and Online Learning.
