New Synergy Apps
Important information regarding ParentVUE and StudentVUE
The current versions of the ParentVUE and StudentVUE mobile apps are being retired to make way for brand-new versions. Parents and students are required to use the new version of these apps beginning Saturday July 18, 2026.
These apps are used by parents, families, and students to view schedules, class grades and assignments, as well as attendance records. The new apps offer the same functionality as the web-based versions of ParentVUE and StudentVUE.
The new apps can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
Instructions for account use:
Families new to Tucson Unified School District:
1 Contact your child's school to obtain an Activation Key, if you don't already have one.
2 Download and launch the ParentVUE (New) app.
3 Follow the prompts on the screen.
4 If prompted for a Zip Code, enter 85719.
5 Select Tucson Unified School District.
6 When asked if you have an activation key, select "Yes."
7 Follow the remaining prompts on your device to complete setup.
Returning Families and Students:
1 Download and launch the ParentVUE (New) or StudentVUE (New) app.
2 Follow the prompts on the screen.
3 If prompted for a Zip Code, enter 85719.
4 Select Tucson Unified School District.
5 When asked if you have an activation key, select "Already Activated."
6 Use your most recent account information to login. Your login information remains the same for these new apps.
