ALE Parent/Guardian Complaint Process
We have procedures to ensure complaints or concerns from our families are resolved in a fair and timely manner.
- Complaints should always begin where and with whom the concern happened.
- They should be shared as soon as possible.
- We start a resolution with the classroom teacher and then the campus administrator.

If you have a concern related to a student in any of our experiences, please complete, sign and submit the Printable Complaint Form (PDF).
These forms will be shared with your school's principal.
